Weekly Classes for Adults

1 Hour Classes

These weekly classes begin with a cardio warm up incorporating strengthening exercises We then learn moves on hoop and silks and generally have fun whilst getting fit!


Weekly classes last for 1 hour and typically are formed of a 6 week term.

Get fit and toned in a fun and unique way! Here you will enhance your core strength and upper body while using Aerial Hoop, Silks and Trapeze (Don’t worry, it’s no more than 3 metres off the ground!)



Classes typically consist of the following:

  • Warmup
  • Conditioning
  • Learn Fun Moves
  • Warm down


AERIAL HOOP/SILKS

The beautiful art of forming shapes with your body, while suspended from height, either on a hoop, rope, or silks.

ACROBATICS

The performance of extraordinary human feats of balance, agility and motor co-ordination.

JUGGLING

An amazing skill which uses advanced hand-eye co-ordination.

It is scientifically proven that circus skills can greatly assist in the development of children’s brains, as well aiding in the growth in communication and social skills
